All fabrication and welding is carried out to the highest standards of quality by fully coded welding operators to both EN ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX international standards for a range of processes such as TIG,MIG,MMA and Enclosed Head Orbital welding (Pharmaceutical). These processes can be utilised on a number of materials such as stainless steel and duplexes, mild or carbon steel, cunifer, chrome, titanium and many other alloys and derivatives. We have in fact a suite of well over 100 approved welding procedures in our possession and our welders are all fully conversant and experienced with these.
